• A stress free service that helps the speaker focus on creating and perfecting the best speech ever for their upcoming event. We organize and negotiate all event and travel details. You get the booking and we take it from there, we will handle all the nitty gritty fine details for you…you just simply show up and do what you do best!
• Create speaker agreement (or use yours) and send to client
• Managing your speaking schedule
• Setting up and sending reminders
• Setting up pre-conference calls between you the speaker and the organizer
• Making sure all marketing material is ready and delivered to the hiring party before the event
• Social Media Management: Social media updates on our social media sites as well as your to announce events, bookings, new releases, announcements, testimonials, videos, news clips, radio interviews, etc.
• Mange travel itinerary (through your own travel via reimbursement or the planner)
• As part of your speaker management package with Charli Jane Speakers, we will review your presentation
• All speakers being managed by Charli Jane Speakers will also receive a free Get Found Now full membership valued at $324 per year and a full speaker listing (full webpage) in our highly searched speaker directory valued at $458 per year, plus eCoaching personally with Wendi who will continuously encourage you and help you grow your speaking business….valued at $2,028 per year. The bonuses are available to all speakers managed by CJ, if you withdraw from our speaker management service all bonuses will cease.

There is no obligation or contracts to sign and this is a month to month service, you are welcome to cancel at any time. However, with the speaker management service we do require a 2 month cancellation of service.

Please note this service is NOT speaker representation. We manage speakers schedules and events, we do not make cold selling calls and we do not find/book you speaking engagements.

We accept only a select handful of speakers and currently have a few openings available for speakers to be managed.
