Hiring companies or meeting planners will contact speakers directly to make bookings.
Charli Jane only provides the listing service which includes marketing the directory as a whole and rotates each listed speaker on our home page and in our monthly ezines and blog.
Please note this is a Non-Commission fee service. You will NOT be charged any commission fees if you are booked through the Charli Jane website and the meeting planner is not charged any fees for hiring you.
The only fee the speaker is obligated to invest is the listing fee below.

Your listing will be automatically renewed and billed every 6 months until cancelled. All cancellations must be done before your next billing, if your subscription automatically bills before cancellation notice to Charli Jane Speakers it will be non-refundable and cancellation will take effect the following month.

How can Charli Jane’s speaker profile listing service help me? Your web presence on Charli Jane can generate more speaking engagements, radio/TV interviews and print. You also receive excellent credibility and exposure in being part of the Charli Jane community.
I’m a newbie and so I don’t really have a website yet, can I still be listed? Yes of course! We want to get you started and the best way to do that is to get yourself online, get noticed and start building your speaking presence with us. We will even help you put your profile together!
How do planners or the media find me? Charli Jane faithfully and diligently promotes their directory of speakers on a regular basis to their contacts in which they have built solid business relationships with for over a decade, the directory is also promoted to their meeting planner database along with media and press coverage. The Charli Jane team actively markets our website making us very visible to online searches and through additional online outlets. If you wish to research us simply enter Charli Jane Speakers into Google.
Is there any hidden costs? No, the speaker simply signs up for the 6 month option, that’s it. We do not charge any commissions or hidden fees for the Speaker Listing Service.
What can I add to my web page? Please see a sample here. You will receive everything you see in the sample speaker profile plus you can add additional products, media links, video, audio and your speaker media kit for download.
What if I want to cancel the service? No problem at all. You are welcome to cancel your service once your 6 months listing is complete. Please be sure and cancel before you are due for renewal. Speaker profiles will be removed from the Charli Jane Speaker directory after cancellation.
Please note that this is a continuing service and you will be automatically billed every 6 months until we receive cancellation notice from you, at that time all billing will be stopped and your profile will be removed from the Charli Jane directory as well as the FindaRadioGuest.com directory. Your profile listing purchase fee will never increase over time.
Can I make changes to my profile listing? Yes you can.

- Pay your profile listing fee by clicking your option above.
- On receipt of your payment, we will confirm your listing via email and send you guidelines so that you can submit your profile to us as quickly as possible.
Overview of profile listing guidelines
New profiles are added every Thursday, so please submit your profile information to us by Tuesday latest. If you miss the deadline your profile will be inserted the following Thursday. Once check out is complete you will receive a profile template for you to fill out and return to Charli Jane Speakers via email.
